Refunds/Returns Policy

Exchanges Only. 
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange (No refunds, exchanges only. All Sales are Final).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  The return address will be provided to you once the exchange process has been approved.

Any item that is returned before 7 days after delivery, Exchanges (if applicable) 
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the item.  Please e-mail us the delivery service you used and tracking number of your exchanged item.  If the product fits our exchange guidelines and you are approved, then your exchange will be processed and your exchanged item will be delivered to you as soon as possible.  If your exchange requires a size increase or size decrease.  You may have to pay the difference.  (Example you purchased a 2x hoodie for 35.99 but you need a 4x.  The 4x costs 38.99, so you would have to pay the 3.00 difference).  An invoice will be sent to you, once paid your exchange will be shipped.

Shipping 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
